My name is Tor and I’m an adventurer. I love the thrill of being on a motorcycle, the fresh air on mountain peaks, finding new fish beneath the ocean’s surface, and standing at the edge of a vast wilderness. But in my free time, I enjoy taking a Saturday off and cooking all day.
We should never shy away from the unknown and its risks. It’s so often that I hear of those intimidated by cooking and potential failure. LadL recipes are a “wild” attempt to view cuisine in new manner. It embodies the vision of a simplistic cooking lifestyle, so we can become less reliant on traditional text recipes and more accustomed to risk taking with new ingredients. My hope is that these modern recipe layouts encourage us to view each dish as an experiment; experiments that can have substitutions and undefined ingredient amounts.
